Everybody knows Lindsay Lohan use fake tan and this somehow has become disaster. She was spotted uneven blotches on her neck and lower chin.
I wonder whether her tan is water resistant or not. What happen if she is caught in the rain and she was wearing white blouse? I can say it will become tan blouse instead.
