Lindsay Lohan has won Miley Cyrus tickets when she called Vegas Radio Show. This has shocked two Las Vegas radio presenters .
Two celebrities Rocker Slash and Lee Major were trying to call too but the contest over when she called.
Lindsay Lohan agreed to stay on talking on the line and chat live on air.
