Lindsay Lohan's former neighbours hope Lindsay won't be coming back to stay there again. This is because she has been disturbing the whole neighbourhood when she was staying there with her late night parties.
A tenant tells the New York Post's gossip column PageSix: "She was a disgrace when she lived here, no respect for the other tenants. I'd be leaving for work early in the morning and I would see her staggering in drunk.
