Lindsay Lohan is in the first place for Worst Dressed Star of 2008. This was voted by Entertainmentwise readers. Hmnnn, I don't think she has bad dressing, but to me, she does not know how to display her clothes in a correct way such as end up showing her panties or showing braless.
