Lindsay Lohan has a new friend, which is model/socialite Lady Victoria Hervey. They
met during the recent the Cannes Film Festival in France.
One source told Daily Star, “They looked like old pals. I think Victoria may be just the type of person Lindsay needs to guide her through this difficult period."
