Lindsay Lohan was spotted cuddling with billionaire hotelier and playboy Vikram Chatwal at Art Exhibit - Vikram Chatwal Presents Domingo Zapata 'Life As A Dream' event in New York City.
She wore a pair of sheer black leggings, a pink T-shirt knotted and a leather motorcycle jacket.
