Looks like Lindsay need to face lots of problems.
Now a paparazzi has filed a lawsuit against her, claiming that she hit him with her car in 2010 when he was trying to take photo of her.
He is claiming $16,468 in medical expenses as well as suing for lost wages, general damages and property damage.
