Lindsay Lohan was supposed to appeared in "The Tonight Show" with Jay Leno last night but she was arrested for DUI. Guess who replaced her? Comedian Rob Schneider replaced her. Leno had comedian Rob Schneider dress up in a black dress and blond wig with an alcohol monitoring bracelet attached to his foot to make fun of Lindsay.

Barbara Walters view as mean bur her costar Elizabeth Hasselbeck had a different opinion about it. She didn‘t think that the display was mean, "when a person who's drinking gets behind the wheel of a car when 43-thousand people a year are killed by drunk drivers."

Lindsay Lohan insists she is innocent and she issue a statement to Access Hollywood's Billy Bush yesterday:

"Yes. I am innocent... did not do drugs they're not mine. I was almost hit by my assistant Tarin's mom. I appreciate everyone giving me my privacy."

Well, in my opinion, she can say she is innocent but people will know that she still have her bad habits like going to clubbing and drinking. Eventhough she went to rehab but so far, she hasnt recovered yet and she even drink in the rehab and was spotted by one of the staff there.

Lindsay Lohan was arrested for drunk driving in Santa Monica early this morning. This is not her first time but is second time she has been arrested.Imagine that, arrested two times just within less than 3 months.

According to the L.A. County Sheriff's Dept, she was arrested around 2:15 AM near Pico Boulevard and Main Street early Tuesday morning. She was driving a white Denali.

At the police station, body search has been done on her and they found cocainein her pants pocket.

A breath test was conducted and her blood alcohol was between .12 and .13. Looks she is in big trouble. Why cant she stay out from trouble?

Lindsay Lohan still in her alcohol habit while she was still undergoing treatment in rehab for the second time.

She drank vodka and ‘Red Bull’ energy drink secretly during her 21st birthday in Promises rehab. A staff that found out about this matter was furious and ordered her to wear an alcohol-monitoring bracelet.

One source said “Lindsay said her bash would be a quiet affair with soft drinks and pizza. However, she was secretly pouring vodka into cans of Red Bull and getting trashed"

“When the staff at the rehab centre who have been working so hard to help her recover found out they were furious. They demanded she go back to the clinic and suggested the only way she could control her drinking was to wear the ankle bracelet,” the source said.

"Lindsay did not want anyone to find this out, so she has been telling everyone it was her decision to wear it, but really it was because she was busted for drinking again"

Well, guess that bad habit never dies off.

Lindsay Lohan involved a car crash last May and was not formally arrested at that moment because of her injuries.

On thursday, she quietly surrendered to Beverly Hills police to be formally booked on misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence and hit-and-run. She was accompanied by her attorney. For time being, she was released on $30,000 bail after she surrendered herself.
