because she claims that her passport was stolen in Cannes. Hence, she unable to go back to Los Angeles on time for the hearing.
The judge has given her warning that she will be arrested if she fails to

Lindsay Lohan met photograper Indrani Pal-Chaudhuri during a photo shoot last fall. Hence, people thought both of them are having some lesbian relationship.
Indrani told the Post, "We have been spending a lot of time together. I have never had a relationship with a woman before, but Lindsay is just somebody who I find fascinating, gorgeous and extremely smart, as well as super-hot. Lindsay Lohan throw drink on a model's face
Wherever she goes, it seems that Lindsay Lohan will create a drama. In a New York City club, she tossed a drink into a model's face. This was revealed by a New York Post source. The model was with New York Rangers player Aaron Voros.
The incident started when Lohan wanted to be at their table near the DJ. She demanded the entire table be moved out. Later she showed her anger by throwing drink on that model.
