Lindsay Lohan has visitor on her third day in jail according to RadarOnline.com reports. Her ex girlfriend, Samantha Ronson visited her.

She is given the privilege to visit her because normally visiting hours only applies on weekends only.

Lindsay Lohan gets special treatment in jail?

One of the prisoners at Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, Calif. , the same jail as Lindsay Lohan is pissed off because Lindsay is given "special treatment" and a "special room" there.

The prisoners, Debra Sickels said, "She's getting special treatment. Some inmates were getting pissy over it."

The special treatment refers to a special room for Lindsay. It had a regular hospital bed, a TV and a dresser for her new clothes and socks.

Lindsay Lohan blasts her father, or so called estranged father Michael Lohan for commenting her life and she does not want him to go near her.

She tweeted: "I don't want my ex-father anywhere near me no matter where I am. He is crazy and scares me.

"I don't want Michael Lohan Sr. anywhere near me, no matter where I am. I am in a great place and he only brings negativity in my world."

Lindsay Lohan's mother Dina visited her yesterday at rehab. She was not alone. She went with Lindsay's assistant and good friend Electra.

Lindsay Lohan has new lawyer, Bob Shapiro

Lindsay Lohan has new lawyer, which is Bob Shapiro. He replaced Lindsay's previous lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley.

Shapiro tells TMZ, "I have agreed to represent Ms. Lohan on the condition that she complies with all the terms of her probation, including a requirement of jail time that was imposed by Judge Marsha Revel."

Then he added, "Ms. Lohan is suffering from a disease that I am all too familiar with." The lawyer's son died of a drug overdose in 2005.
