According to reports, Lindsay Lohan is suing the financial company E-Trade. This is because the company's new commercial pertains about a boyfriend-stealing, "milkaholic" baby and the name Lindsay was used.
She is suing for a large sum of money, $100 million. This was reported by The NY Post. Lohan's lawyer, Stephanie Ovadia said "Many celebrities are known by one name only, and E-Trade is using that knowledge to profit."
