Police arrest a trespasser at Lindsay Lohan's Los Angeles home on New
Year's Day.

The man tried to make contact with her. When he refused to leave, she
called the police.

Lieutenant Munoz of the LAPD Pacific Station said, 'Officers were sent
out on a service call to the home.'

'A man at the residence was allegedly asking for Lindsay to come out
and he wouldn't leave.'

'Ms Lohan called police who arrived and detained the man for trespass
after Ms Lohan asked for him to be arrested.'

Looks like Lindsay Lohan didn't attend the New Year’s Eve on the Queen Elizabeth 2 (QE2) ocean liner. They use her name for to promote their event. Lindsay Lohan may take legal action.

Her rep said in a letter, “It has come to our client’s attention that you, your associates, and/or agents have been using the name ‘Lindsay Lohan’ referring to an individual who will be attending your party on New Year’s Eve. You have intentionally or negligently infringed upon our client’s property rights, including but not limited to her privacy.”
