Lindsay Lohan's former bodyguard claims that she owes him his salary and has sued her with the amount of $55,000 in total.
Her former bodyguard David Kim claims he he was hired by her by "various oral and text messages" to cater her protection according to what papers filed Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court. He charged his service $4,000 per week for 24-hour service .
