Danette Meyers, who is Deputy district attorney will continue investigating Lindsay's case.
She told the Radar Online that "I will be sending our investigators out into the field to talk to potential witnesses regarding Ms. Lohan's alleged probation violation."
Then she contineus, "As soon as I'm finished with this current death penalty trial, I will be focusing all of my efforts on Ms. Lohan's upcoming hearing."
