Lindsay Lohan sued Pitt Bull for using her name in his song, "Give me Everything" (2013).
In the song, it mentioned, "Hustlers move aside, so I'm tip-toein' to keep blowin'/ I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan".
Lohan claimed the song caused her emotional distress and violated her publicity rights for its "unwarranted, unauthorized, and unfavorable mention of [her] name and personality, and allusions to [her] physical and mental character."
In the end, she lost the lawsuit. The judge ruled the tune's lyrics are protected by the First Amendment, which covers freedom of speech and creative expression.
