Lindsay Lohan's mother Dina accused for fraud

Lindsay Lohan's mother Dina has already attending court on matters of custody of their two youngest children, Aliana and Cody. There will be another court case for her because she is being accused of fraud for failing to pay back a $400,000 loan to a friend.

Las Vegas businessman Antonio Almeida filed a lawsuit in May 2006, claiming Dina didn't pay back the money he lent her four years ago to kick-start daughter Lindsay's music career.

Almeida's lawyer, A. Raymond Hamrick, says part of the money was spent to record songs with Gloria Estefan's husband, Emilio Estefan.

But Lindsay Lohan parted company with Estefan after securing a deal with Casablanca Records, which released her album, A Little More Personal (Raw).

Fergie's mother Terri Jackson says, "Lindsay called Fergie just two days before (her arrest) and told her that she really loved her song Big Girls Don't Cry. "Lindsay wanted Fergie to write her a song."

Lindsay Lohan's new Tango movie Dare to Love Me still goes on despite of her arrest for suspicion of drunken driving.

Her producer Lucas Jarach said "It's happening. Everything's on schedule. We're just working out the conditions so she'll be able to make the film. The shooting of the movie, the filming, is not scheduled to start until October 1. [Lindsay] is still on board.We stand behind her."

When quoted bout her legal troubles, he said "It's a complication.But the production is not being altered in any kind of way."

It is nice when there are people supporting her despite of her troublemaking background. Actually, she has a good career and good future, why she needs to damage it. Is making trouble makes her life more exciting?

There were mix reviews about Lindsay Lohan's new movie , I Know Who Killed Me.Some give critics while some give positive comments.

Boston Globe found it "intensely unpleasant" and The New York Times considered it "pretentious and inane but there is positive remarks from The Washington Post, which called it "a credible piece of pop entertainment of the hottie-in-distress genre" and says, "Lohan brilliantly brings off her double turn."

But overall, i can say more negative remarks rather than positive ones.

Lohan’s personal assistant had resigned hours before this incident happened. According to reports, Lohan allegedly went into an associate's vehicle to chase the lady. The lady didnt know Lindsay was chasing after her.

The lady reply when quoted by Daily Mail "We were just about to park our car. We are turning home, and out of nowhere, a huge white GMC came up"
