Lindsay Lohan's father, Michael Lohan, wants to clarify that his daughter is not engaged to rehab pal Riley Giles Thursday, October 19. If it really happened,it would been the case Lindsay "would have come to me, or Riley would have come to me himself."

Earlier she was spotted wearing an engagement ring but it was actually a gift from her father, Michael.

Lindsay has been living together with Riley since the two met in the rehab unit in Utah.

Lindsay Lohan's current boyfriend Riley Giles was actually somebody's fiancee. This was told by the his former fiancee's mother Bree Tierney.

Tierney's mother, Tess, says, "Riley just stopped calling Bree and never told her about Lindsay.

"She found out by seeing photos. It destroyed her."

Lindsay Lohan is back to work and ready to act in her new movie in Los Angeles according to People magazine's Web site. She was previously having her treatment in rehab.

She reached New York over the weekend and hangout with her friends on Sunday, and went to watch movie Elizabeth: The Golden Age and visiting a tanning salon.

According to People, Lohan's mother, Dina, says her daughter is eager to get back to work. "Lindsay is very happy and her life is back in control".

Eventhough Lindsay Lohan is famous but because of her wild parties in the past, she has spent a lot of money. Thus, she spend money more than she earns.So broke that she has to sell her properties to pay off her debts and move in with billionaire friend Tom Gores. Tom Gores is executive producer on her recent film 'I Know Who Killed Me'.

Some of her spending spree was more than $1 million on clothes, $70,000 in beauty salons, $1.1 million on 24-hour stand-by chauffeurs and $450,000 on a suite at Hollywood's Chateau Marmont hotel. Apart from that, she has spent money on legal fees as well driving convictions.

The latest expenses was when she was having her treatment in rehab. I bet that even she has the money in the world, but if she doest know how to save, she will still broke.

A divorcee, Virginia Bertolino accused Lindsay's dad, Michael Lohan for being infidelity. She said that he was heartless.

When quoted, she said "I'm really hurt. I fell in love with this man. Then I find out he has someone else."
