Michael Lohan is determind to have a paternity test to prove whether he is the father of Ashley where he had an affair with her mother more than 14 years ago. But this has test has to be delayed because he need a court order first. This was reported by E!News.
He said "I got a letter saying I need something from the court before they'll process anything. And I didn't get that before. So, now I have to go back to my attorney."

Lindsay Lohan hosted a barbecue on Saturday night together with her best pal Samantha Ronson. There were 75 people present there and this event took place at the DKNY House in Malibu. One of the guest said "Lindsay sat around smiling and talking with friends. She was having a great time."
Lindsay was behaving well, she didn't take any alcohol drinks. She was just having a non-alcoholic pineapple concoction.

Lindsay Lohan had her legal things to settle last year and she doesn't want to get involve with anything related with legal anymore, moreover is other people's lawsuit.
When she was on the way to shoot her new film, Labor Pains, on Tuesday morning, a man wanted to pass to her some legal documents which contains a lawsuit involving Samantha and her former lawyers, who she has accused of over-billing.
But Lindsay doesn't want to get involve and said this to that man, "It's not my lawsuit".
