Ben Holz and Lindsay Lohan were spotted frolicking in the sea in Hawaii together around 27 April. This cause rumors, saying that they are dating.

Holz tells Radar Online, "We have a mutual friend, Woody Harrelson, who lives here on the island - he asked me to show her around.

"Lindsay and I are just friends."

Well, since they are just friends, why they are spotted frolicking? Just for fun? Well, Lindsay is always an open minded girl.
