Looks like Lindsay Lohan is back to drinking. She appeared to be drunk when she left from Emmys after party at the Chateau Marmont on September 21.

Paparazzi tried to take photos of her and she acctacked them with a beer can.

Lindsay Lohan's burglar has been arrested

Last month Lindsay Lohan's home was broken in and a teenager has been arrested on suspicion of this break-in.

Currently, he is into police custody and being held on $20,000 bail for one count of burglary. This was reported by to TMZ.com.

Lohan wrote a post on Twitter that she convinced that behind this burglary, the culprit is somebody she knew, "My life has been kind of in shambles considering my house was broken into and I feel really violated. I know it was not a robbery. Electronics weren't taken ... just things that a certain old friend knew meant a lot to me."

Lindsay Lohan kicked out from Bowery Hotel

Samantha Ronson and Lindsay Lohan had been constantly fighting in the past. The latest fight happened in Bowery Hotel and she was kicked out from there by police.

What happened was that she picked up a room service tray and threw it at Ronson's hotel room door. But it was not confirm whether it is her room.

I can say that Lindsay has really bad temper.

Lindsay Lohan denied that she has admitted to a psychiatric ward. She was shocked when she found out these rumors from her publicist.

To clarify this matter, she logged on to Twitter.com on the same day.

She wrote, "Hahahaha my publicist just called me & said she heard I was in a psych ward!!!! Hahaha WHAT IS WRONG with people???? I'm working lol (laugh out loud).

"BUT that's one I've NEVER heard about myself before! New ones r (sic) always interesting huh? There's SO much more going on in the world! Wake up."

Lindsay Lohan is obsessed with "True Blood" . And now even to the actor in "True Blood." She tried to get close to him, asking her sister Ali switch seats so that she can sit between Kwanten and ex Jared Leto.

But it didn't up as planned.

A rep for Kwanten claims, "He was unaware Lindsay wanted him to move seats."

Chace Crawford denies dating Lindsay Lohan

Chace Crawford has denied that he is dating Lindsay Lohan and his Gossip Girl co-star Taylor Momsen. But he admits that he is currently dating with Ashley Greene.

Crawford tells Britain's OK! magazine, "It's funny, I've had that question (about dating Lohan) a few times in Europe. I'm not sure where that came from because we've been friends and known each other as acquaintances for years and there's definitely nothing romantic. I'm friends with Samantha and she's lovely. I wouldn't do anything to disrespect her or Lindsay - I think they're phenomenal."
