I would just say we have not worked out the specifics of her deal yet. Her participation in 'Liz & Dick,' I would just say we're very aware of. We told her in the first meeting that we would be in touch with the producer of 'Liz & Dick' to see how that shoot was going and to get intel. And she gave us all that information, so she was very comfortable with us reaching out and getting that information, and that was how we decided to proceed." Source

Looks like Lindsay need to face lots of problems. Now a paparazzi has filed a lawsuit against her, claiming that she hit him with her car in 2010 when he was trying to take photo of her. He is claiming $16,468 in medical expenses as well as suing for lost wages, general damages and property damage. Source

TMZ reports that Lindsay Lohan lied to police by saying that she wasn't driving when that car accident happened. She claims that her assistant was driving but her assistant told police that Lohan the one who was driving at that time of accident. Because of that, her probation could be revoked. Source
