Michael Lohan just discharged from hospital after arrested on domestic violence charges. He plans to file charges on his old girlfriend Kate Major according to RadarOnline.com.
He told Radar, "I'm going to press charges against Kate, and I'm going to try to have her arrested before she leaves California. I asked to press charges on her -- Look, I'm the one who got cut, I'm the one that was bleeding!"

Lindsay Lohan wants to drop "Lohan" from her name and her father Michael Lohan does not believe this.

Lindsay Lohan plans to change her name. She plans to remove "Lohan" from her name.
Her mother, Dina said, "Lindsay is dropping the Lohan and just going by Lindsay. Plus, me and [younger daughter] Ali will be officially changing our last names back to my maiden name, Sullivan."

Lindsay Lohan in night out clash
Lindsay Lohan and pal Samantha Swetra enjoyed their drinks at a Manhattan bar on Saturday night (19Mar11) . Then de la Huerta approached their table for a chat. As she was approaching, she lost her step and took a tumble. Swetra giggles and cause de la Huerta to be dismay of her actions.
She smashed a bottle and the glasses went on Swetra's leg.
A source tells the publication, "Blood was dripping down (Swetra's) leg. Lindsay was pulling shards of glass off of it."

Lindsay Lohan's father Michael has been arrested for allegations that he assaulted his girlfriend.
According to Sheriff's investigators, deputies were dispatched on a domestic violence based on a call at 9 p.m. Monday to Michael Lohan's apartment.
