Lindsay Lohan crash into a van in 2005 and now she is officially free from the damages.
Looks like the van owner didnt attend the hearing court. Thus, the judge decided to dismissed the case. Lucky for Lindsay. Otherwise she needs to pay the damages amounting $3,624.84. But i think the amount is just a small matter for a big celebrity like her. Well, hope she has learn her lessons.
