Lindsay Lohan has incompleted tattoo

According to TMZ, Lindsay Lohan went to Shamrock Social Club tattoo parlor in Hollywood few weeks before she went to jail but didn't finish the tattoo.

The tattoo pertains outline of a little girl with her eyes closed.
