Lindsay Lohan sued over unpaid tanning bills

Lindsay Lohan is being sued for not paying her $41,000 tanning bill. Lohan's publicist told OnTheRedCarpet.com, "I don't believe we've been served with any papers, so cannot comment on a lawsuit that doesn't yet exist." Source
