Lindsay Lohan recorded "I Decide" for the 2004 movie "The Princess Diaries 2: Royal Engagement" and got a tattoo afterward.
In a interview with IMDb, she tells about her tattoo that reads, 'I leave before being left, I decide', "I was like, I'm just gonna get this one tattooed".
About her involvement in making the song, "I was working with Diane Warren, and we were doing the song, and we loved it. She was like, I think I might submit it for that movie coming out. I think I was doing so much at the time because when I was recording that song, I also think I was doing Herbie: Fully Loaded. I was recording an album in my trailer on set while filming. Years later, I forgot it was in the movie and my sister's like, your song's in that movie."
