Third witness for allegation that Lindsay Lohan attacked a lady

A victim came forward, claiming that Lindsay Lohan attacked her at the Standard. Now third witness, a friend of the victim claims that Lindsay was definitely there at the night of the incident.

Looks like Lindsay is in trouble. Her problems continues after her probation completed. Perhaps her temper inherited from her dad.

One anonymous source said:

"A woman that was at the nightclub, saw Lindsay shove Marisa, while she was standing with her back to her. She gave an honest account of what she saw that night, there is no doubt in her mind that it was Lindsay Lohan, there is absolutely no way Marisa or her friend would file a false police report, it's just not who these ladies are. Both are fully aware of the implications of filing a false police report, and it's absolutely disgusting that anyone would suggest they are lying."

A woman filed a complaint against Lindsay Lohan

According to a Los Angeles County Sheriff's official,
a woman filed a battery complaint against Lindsay Lohan on Saturday. She accused Lindsay of shoving her at a West Hollywood nightclub two nights earlier.

Sgt. Chris Bowman said, "It's just an allegation. It's been received by our detectives."

Lindsay Lohan sold some of her designer clothes and accessories to get some money.

A source told Now magazine: "Lindsay's got zero income and a shed-load of bills."

"She's so desperate for cash she took a truck load of designer clothes, shoes and bags to Los Angeles' Crossroads Trading Company, who agreed a price of £8,770 for the lot. She needed a huge lorry to transport it all to the company's head office."
