Lindsay Lohan's mom Dina revealed on the Instagram that she had a cosmetic surgery, which comprise of facelift and necklift. 

She shared, 'I always believed in growing old gracefully, but if you want to do something for yourself, go for it'. 

'I wanted to look like a younger version of myself. Most of my friends did this 10, 15 years ago'.

Dina had the surgery from Dr. Ira Savetsky, who is a plastic surgeon based on the Upper East Side of New York.

Dina is 61 years old.
