There were rumors saying that Lindsay Lohan is lesbian after she was spotted holding hands with her new best pal Courtenay Semel, who is the daughter of Yahoo! CEO Terry Semel .
Both of them attended a housewarming party together at the Los Angeles home of "Power Lesbian" Jeanette Longoria.
A source said to New York Post newspaper: "Lindsay came with Courtenay to the party around midnight and they stayed for an hour. The girls held hands and were with each other the whole time. Every time I see Lindsay, there's Courtenay. They are always together."
A representative for Lindsay said: "The two are good friends, nothing more."
