Lindsay Lohan is first place in the list of the "Top 50 Dumbest People in Hollywood."
The reasons she was given the title is because because of her poor movie choices, for example "I Know Who Killed Me,” and her bad taste in men.
Doesn't means they are low in terms of IQ but according to their taste.
