Lindsay Lohan was once supposed to host 2008 World Music but got fired.
Jesse Metcalfe was brought in to support her, but an unhappy Lohan led producers to hand the hosting gig to Denise Richards instead.
A source tells, "Lindsay was furious that she wasn’t the star. The organizers had gone through a list of who was hot at the moment and returned to Lindsay again. But the feedback they got was really negative".
"In the end it was decided by both parties it was better if she pulled out."
