Lindsay Lohan tried to persuade a businessman to buy her a diamond watch

Lindsay Lohan sent her assistant to tried to persuade a businessman to buy Lindsay a diamond watch at the amFAR charity gala in New York.

One source said, "There were items being auctioned for $20,000. After chatting with the businessman, Lindsay sent over an assistant, who said, 'Lindsay would very much like it if you'd bid on this item as a gift'. He just cracked up."

Neighbours happy that Lindsay moved out



Lindsay Lohan's neighbors are happy that Lindsay has moved out from her house in Venice Beach neighborhood.

One resident told Radar Online, "Everyone is ecstatic that she moved."

"Goodbye to her and all her drama. Since she moved here it's been a complete circus with a revolving door of friends in and out of her house and paparazzi camped out permanently."

"Everyone was so sick of her."

"Seriously, every time we heard a siren we hoped and prayed it was the police carting her off again and we would be left in peace."

"It was a nightmare when she was here ... (Samantha Ronson) has lived here for ages and she's never been any drama, she's very low key and just goes about her business, but Lohan was like a hurricane, or some other natural disaster tearing through the neighborhood."
